For Adjutant General Captains Career Course (AGCCC) Graduates
The online Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development (MS HROD) at the University of Louisville prepares Active, Reserve and National Guard components professionals for leadership in human resources, workplace learning and organizational change.
This educational opportunity is available for those who completed the U.S. Army Adjutant General Captains Career Course (AGCCC) between October 1, 2017 and present. AGCCC graduates during that period can be awarded 6 credits (2 courses) toward the online master's degree, and be required to complete 24 credit hours (8 courses) at UofL.

Our institution offers a tuition rate of $250 per credit hour for undergraduate and most graduate online programs, for active-duty, Coast Guard and qualifying members of the National Guard and Reserves.

The MS HROD program is officially recognized as fully aligned with SHRM guidelines and standards. SHRM alignment ensures that the MS HROD program prepares its students within SHRM’s recommended guidelines for Human Resource education at the graduate level. Qualified* graduating MS HROD students are eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP exam.
*Students must be in their final semester of coursework from a SHRM aligned program (MSHROD), be in good standing for graduation, and have a minimum of 500-direct hours of hands on, real world HR experience.
