The online bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning is designed for professionals with significant work experience and previous college credit (associate degree) who want to obtain their undergraduate degree in a comprehensive area of study.
Our award-winning online undergraduate program allows students to earn up to 48 hours of college credit for prior learning, military or professional training and work experience through a designated course and assessment, saving you up to $26,832 in tuition cost over the duration of the bachelor's degree program.
